The Spiel des Jahres 2022 saw several high-quality games recognised for their excellent game design and fun gameplay mechanics. The victors of the Kinderspiel des Jahres (Children’s Game of the Year) and Kennerspiel des Jahres (Connoisseur’s Game of the Year) were also announced alongside the Spiel des Jahres 2022 winners.
