At More Than Meeples, our aim is to provide a seamless shopping experience offering a variety of ways to pay to make buying board games online hassle and stress free. When you make a payment online through our webstore, your credit card details are encrypted with our SSL certificate and processed through Stripe for your peace of mind.
Credit Card Payments
Instantly pay your order by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and JCB credit cards which are processed securely through Stripe’s payment infrastructure.
Storing Credit Card Details
More Than Meeples does not store or have access to your credit card information. When you opt to save your credit card details on checkout for seamless future purchasing, a secure Stripe token is created. For more information refer to Saving Cards from Stripe.
Direct Deposit
More Than Meeples is happy and greatly appreciates Direct Deposit as your chosen form of payment. Direct Deposits help us save on payment processing fees allowing us to continue to stock great games at great prices!. Bank Deposit is available upon request. To pay by direct deposit, please contact us on sales@morethanmeeples.com.au with your order. Please note that payments must be made within 3 business days or your order will be cancelled.

When Will My Order Ship or Be Available for Pickup?

Orders before 8PM will generally be shipped on the next business day but may take up to two business days. For customers that have chosen local pickup, products will be available for pickup from our office at 17c/455 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley, QLD on the next business day from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM excluding public holidays. Once your order is ready for collection, our team will send an order update to your email. If you don’t receive an order update by 12:00 PM please reach out to our team to enquire. Please wait for your order collection email before arriving.
Direct Deposit
Please note that payments made via Direct Deposit will not ship or be available for pickup until the funds have cleared in our account. The More Than Meeples team will send through a confirmation email once payment has been confirmed (order status will change from ‘on hold’ to ‘processing’) and we will ship or have the good’s ready for pickup on the next business day.
