Click & Collect

For Brisbane locals, we offer a next-day Click & Collect option. Simply place your order before 8:00PM and it will be ready for pickup from our store at 17c/455 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley 4006 on the next available business day. Once your order has been transferred from our warehouse to our store, our team will send an order update to your email advising that your order is ready for pickup! When you arrive at our store, please push the buzzer or call our 1300 564 059 number and let our team know you’re picking up a ‘More Than Meeples’ order, quote your order number and name and we’ll have your order ready and out to you in no time. We also have free short-term parking in front of the store and approximately 60 spaces available at the complex for your convenience.

Please note that local pickups need to be collected within 30 days from your order is ready for collection email, or your order may be transferred back to our warehouse. If your order is transferred back to our warehouse, please reach out to us on to arrange collection. Orders not collected within 90 days will be cancelled and refunded minus payment processing fees.

Fortitude Valley Store

We are located at 17C/455 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley and are open from 9:00AM – 6:00 PM M-F excluding Public Holidays.

Driving – Please set your GPS to this location which will take you to parking spaces directly in front of our store. If you park in the underground complex or in the courtyard, please follow the walking instructions below.

Walking – To find the store from the courtyard please go up the staircase next to VeganBurgz then turn left at the top of the staircase. If you see a carpark at the back of the building you are in the right place. Our store has a big yellow meeple on the window as well as a More Than Meeples / Resurge Digital sign on the door.

Domestic Shipping


We are proud to offer a $10.00 flat rate shipping Australia wide for orders of all sizes. Simply choose our ‘Flat Rate’ shipping option during checkout for a seamless ordering experience. We use Australia Post’s ‘Parcel Post’ service that offers up to $100 of compensation included, carbon neutral parcel delivery and tracking and delivery from 2 business days. Express Post (Available on Request)

Get your products sooner with Australia Post’s Express Post shipping option. Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. For more information about Express Post, please refer to the Australia Post Express Post website.

How to Order Via Express Post – Please check out with Flat Rate shipping first. Following this our team will pack, measure and weigh your order to get the most accurate Express Post pricing. Our team will then reach out and send through an additional order which will cover the difference in the Flat Rate fees and Express Post fees. Please speak to our Support team if you need any further assistance.

International Orders

We currently have international shipping enabled on checkout for customers in New ZealandJapan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Canada, the United States, United Kingdom* and the European Union (EU)**. For customers in other countries, please contact us at with the products and shipping information and we’ll get back to you with an international shipping quote. 

International orders are zero-rated and do not include any Australian GST. International customers will receive 1/11th of your order off (10% Australian Goods and Services tax). Prices on our website will automatically update to reflect the shipping address set in checkout. Please note that any import duties, customs and any tariffs levied on arrival at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

**For customers residing within the United Kingdom and the European Union, all sales by More Than Meeples are zero-rated for tax. We are able to ship to the EU but shipments will likely be held for processing by your local customs authority pending payment of VAT and any applicable taxes. All taxes, duties, tariffs and customs charges payable on upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Important note regarding International Preorders/Kickstarter Preorders

Please note that our team reserves the right to adjust shipping costs and/or refund orders that contain preorder products should these products weigh more than anticipated. Preorder and Kickstarter products have best-guess weights which may vary once the products have been checked in and weighed upon arrival to our warehouse. Should there be a significant variance, our team will reach out to advise that there will be a shipping adjustment, of which you will be able to choose either a full refund back to your original payment method including all fees and charges or to pay an additional shipping supplement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Orders containing ‘Preorders’ and ‘In-Stock Products’

Please note that customers that place an order containing a preorder or Kickstarter preorder together with regular ‘in-stock’ products will have their entire order held from dispatch or pick-up until all products on preorder have arrived in our warehouse. For more information please refer to our Preorders and Kickstarter Preorder policy.

How do I track my order?

Order tracking details will be updated under your ‘Orders’ tab of your account settings within 48 hours of your order being shipped as well as sent to your nominated email address on the day of shipment. 

When will my order ship or be available for pickup?

Credit Card, Klarna, Zip, LatitudePay, AfterPay & PayPal

Orders placed before 8PM will generally ship on the next business day. The More Than Meeples team endeavours to ship all orders paid via credit card, AfterPay & PayPal as fast as possible but in some cases orders can take up to 2 business days for our warehouse team to pick and ship. Should there be a shipping delay in excess of two business days, a member of our warehouse team will contact you via email with an update on your order.

For customers that have chosen local pickup, your order will be available for pickup from our store at 17c/455 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley, QLD on the next business day  excluding public holidays. Typically orders are ready for pickup around 11am but may be delayed. Once your order has been transferred from our warehouse to our store, our team will send an order update to your email advising that your order is ready for pickup! Please ensure you check your junk folder as emails from our server may get routed to junk. If you haven’t received an email from us by 12:00PM please reach out to us for an update.

After Hours pickup is available from Richlands 4077 upon request but needs to be prearranged. Please contact us for more information.

Direct Deposit

Please note that payments made via direct deposit will not ship or be available for pickup until the funds have cleared in our account. The More Than Meeples team will send through a confirmation email once payment has been confirmed and we will ship or have the good’s ready for pickup on the next business day.

How do I combine shipping with a previous order?

Combined shipping is possible if you have already placed an order. To combine your shipping with a previous order. Simply checkout again as a Click & Collect order with a note providing all the relevant details including the order you would like to combine shipping with. For the Click & Collect option to show up, you’ll need to set your shipping state to QLD.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect and Parcel Lockers

Shipping Delays

The More Than Meeples team will always endeavour to ship out all orders placed before 8:00PM on the next available business day but may take up to two business days depending on current order volumes. However, occasionally due to factors outside of More Than Meeple’s control, your order or shipment may be delayed. This includes but is not limited to postal delay, bad weather or product fulfilment delays.

If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact our customer support team on or through our integrated chat messenger within 14 days of receiving your order confirmation, and we will follow up on your behalf. To avoid preventable delays please always ensure that you check your order details, including your delivery address prior to confirming your order at checkout.
