Graphic Novel Preorders
Special Preorder Terms & Conditions
More Than Meeples is pleased to offer preorders for our incoming graphic novel stock. Due to the nature and shipping issues associated with graphic novels the following terms and conditions apply:
- Preorders are limited to 75% of our incoming confirmed stock, to provide a small buffer in case of damages.
- Preorders may be delayed due to shipping and customs. More Than Meeples imports MARVEL graphic novels via sea freight which typically lag behind graphic novel street dates by 2-3 months.
- Preorders are fulfilled on a first-ordered-first-out basis.
- In the event that damaged stock exceeds preorders, discounts or a full refund will be offered.
- In the event of a short or missing shipment, a full refund back to your original payment method will be issued including all payment processing fees.
- Orders that contain in-stock and preorders will ship when all products have arrived at our warehouse.
- We do not offer change of mind refunds for preorders. For cancellations, a More Than Meeples Gift Card will be issued.
Please note that we will always do our best to fulfil all preorders but unfortunately are not able to provide any guarantees due to the current volatile nature of importing graphic novels. By choosing to preorder graphic novels with More Than Meeples you agree to the above terms and conditions.
