It is the year 1400. You are Abelard Lavel, a knight sworn to King Charles VI the Beloved. You live in the city of Paris in a family mansion not far from the famous Notre Dame cathedral. Since you were a child, you have had strange, prophetic dreams in which you saw violent scenes of past crimes or even ones yet to be committed. Over time you learned that your unusual gift could be put to good use and you started to solve cases that nobody else could crack. This earned you some reputation in the city and now, whenever a mysterious crime is committed, the people seek YOUR help.
The new Chronicles of Crime: 1400 standalone game brings back well-known mechanics from the Chronicles of Crime original game, strengthening the successful brand and adding engaging features to excite both new and experienced gamers. Players can enter a whole new era of crime-solving games by taking on the criminals of medieval Paris.

I'm kicking myself for ever buying any games from Amazon. MUCH happier to buy from this newly discovered local shop, run by friendly employees. (As well as friendly fellow customers with great advice!) Some of their prices were cheaper than I've seen on Amazon!I could spend ages in this shop. Does the same thing to me that a bookstore does.Would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially those trying to have less screen time and more connecting time. I had an excellent experience ordering from More Than Meeples online.Being a physical store, rather than a service that replies on multiple suppliers of varying reliability, their ability to accurately report on stock is an increasingly rare delight. It might sound like a strange thing to praise, but having had a few recent experiences ordering online from other stores, and then being told weeks later that the stock had never been there and being issues a refund, this was a very nice change.The staff were also wonderful to deal with. They were helpful, and very fast with getting back to me to resolve any queries I had.I had a very positive experience with this store. They were transparent, and reliable. A fantastic board game store in Brisbane. If you are looking for a massive range of board games, or trying to pick up that board game set that you missed out on supporting on Kickstarter, then this is the place for you. They have a really wide variety of great quality board games, card games and party games, plus the ability to purchase Kickstarter additions with different supporter options. The actual store is a little difficult to find, but once you do, you won't be disappointed by what is on offer. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
