The Kanban EV Upgrade Pack adds the following expansions to Kanban EV:

Garage Tile Expansions
The SpeedCharger expansion provides players with persistent special abilities they may pay shifts to unlock.
During setup, place 4 SpeedCharger tokens per player in a supply next to the Game board. Each player receives a Charging board which is placed next to their Player board.
When working Shifts in R&D (or indirectly through Administration), you may spend 1 Shift to take a SpeedCharger token from the supply and place it on a space of your choice on your Charging board. From now on, the covered bonus is active for the rest of the game. Also, at the end of the game, each Charger token is worth 1 PP for each Car in your garages.
For example: If you have 3 cars and 4 SpeedCharger tokens, you score 12 PP.
You can only take one SpeedCharger per turn.
The Bonuses when played in…
R&D – Once per turn, you can upgrade 1 Design with a Car Part from the supply.
Assembly – You may ignore the restriction of having to provide upgraded parts first.
Logistics – You bank 2 Shifts instead of 1 when placing a Kanban card.
Design – When you take a Design from the Central Design Stack, gain 1 Book.
Administration – When working in Administration, you receive 1 extra Shift.

I'm kicking myself for ever buying any games from Amazon. MUCH happier to buy from this newly discovered local shop, run by friendly employees. (As well as friendly fellow customers with great advice!) Some of their prices were cheaper than I've seen on Amazon!I could spend ages in this shop. Does the same thing to me that a bookstore does.Would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially those trying to have less screen time and more connecting time. I had an excellent experience ordering from More Than Meeples online.Being a physical store, rather than a service that replies on multiple suppliers of varying reliability, their ability to accurately report on stock is an increasingly rare delight. It might sound like a strange thing to praise, but having had a few recent experiences ordering online from other stores, and then being told weeks later that the stock had never been there and being issues a refund, this was a very nice change.The staff were also wonderful to deal with. They were helpful, and very fast with getting back to me to resolve any queries I had.I had a very positive experience with this store. They were transparent, and reliable. Great range for all kinds of gamers at good prices. Fantastic customer service! Ordered a board game (Calico) as a local and was pleased that they offered a local pickup option by appointment. They actually delivered it the same day I ordered it (within hours!) as it was easier for them to drop it off than arrange a pick up time. Incredible!
A fantastic board game store in Brisbane. If you are looking for a massive range of board games, or trying to pick up that board game set that you missed out on supporting on Kickstarter, then this is the place for you. They have a really wide variety of great quality board games, card games and party games, plus the ability to purchase Kickstarter additions with different supporter options. The actual store is a little difficult to find, but once you do, you won't be disappointed by what is on offer. The staff were super friendly and helpful. When looking for a gift, for my board game aficionado friends, I always come looking at More Than Meeples.
Great store with great range and really awesome customer service. I always click and collect and the order is always ready sooner than I think is even possible. It’s great to come into the store and I often end up picking up something extra as they have so many cool things in store including exclusive Kickstarter items. There looks like there are a lot of games for the small amount of space there is. I did not get to check out the store at all since I had to dash to get home. Did not have a bad experience but if you are not used to city driving, I would recommend looking at where you are going as I ended up parking in the wrong carpark.
