The noble Princess is looking for an ideal partner and confidant to help with her royal duties when she one day assumes the throne. You must prove your worth and gain her trust by enlisting allies, friends, and family of the Princess to carry a letter of intent to her. Can you earn the Princess’ trust and become her confidant?
This game, named after the Swiss psychiatrist Herman Rorschach, uses some of his famous inkblot images (and many new ones) to put 2 teams to the test. The teams earn points by correctly guessing how their members paired randomly selected words with these inkblot images. Reading the other players and learning their associations is the key to success, but the real fascination lies in seeing how differently these images can be perceived, and in discussing and explaining the pairings afterwards.
A player secretly pairs three words with 3 inkblot images. That player’s teammates choose one of the images and guess the words. Before the word is revealed, the other team gets a shot at guessing and stealing points.
In this cooperative game, you take on the role of four students traveling together on a remote and mysterious island. You are looking into some strange events that have been happening — incidents that the police believe are natural occurrences, things to be expected on a volcanic island such as this. But is everything really as normal as it seems? Or is there something else behind what is happening at the volcano? How the story ends is entirely up to you.
In the game, one of the players, called the Conspirator, does not know the secret word but will pretend they do. The other players, who know the word, will try to secretly work together to find out who the Conspirator is to foil their plans. The word comes from beautifully illustrated cards. This game is part Dixit, part Mysterium and part A Fake Artists goes to New York so you know it will be a hit with party gamers!
In the near future, entertainment will have changed. It will have evolved beyond traditional sports in stadiums and into a larger than life spectacle where digital warriors will compete against one another inside the cyberspace arena in bloodless conflict sports.
In this futuristic environment is where Fired Up is set. In the game the players are not the fighters! They are spectators with premium seats to the largest spectacle of all time. Their premium seats make it possible for them to influence the digital athletes in the Arena and bet on their champions in the fight.
Each round the players roll dice to determine how best to influence the warriors and will secretly bet on specific highlights they would like to see happening, thus having the best time ever! During the course of the game, each player roll their action dice which can be used to influence the fighters. After the action selection phase, the fighters are going to attack each other when the combat phase is going to be resolved.
The game ends when at most one fighter is left in the arena!
