The Merchants of the Dark Road Board Game uses a rondel-style action system that requires planning several steps ahead. Travel around in your wagon to buy and sell items, recruit heroes, and deliver your wares to the outlying cities of Lumi. Brave the dark roads and join your opponent’s caravans with careful timing to become the richest and most prestigious merchant.

I'm kicking myself for ever buying any games from Amazon. MUCH happier to buy from this newly discovered local shop, run by friendly employees. (As well as friendly fellow customers with great advice!) Some of their prices were cheaper than I've seen on Amazon!I could spend ages in this shop. I had an excellent experience ordering from More Than Meeples online.Being a physical store, rather than a service that replies on multiple suppliers of varying reliability, their ability to accurately report on stock is an increasingly rare delight. It might sound like a strange thing to praise, but having had a few recent experiences ordering online from other stores, and then being told weeks later that the stock had never been there and being issues a refund, this was a very nice change.The staff were also wonderful to deal with. They were helpful, and very fast with getting back to me to resolve any queries I had.I had a very positive experience with this store. They were transparent, and reliable. A fantastic board game store in Brisbane. If you are looking for a massive range of board games, or trying to pick up that board game set that you missed out on supporting on Kickstarter, then this is the place for you. They have a really wide variety of great quality board games, card games and party games, plus the ability to purchase Kickstarter additions with different supporter options. The actual store is a little difficult to find, but once you do, you won't be disappointed by what is on offer. The staff were super friendly and helpful. When looking for a gift, for my board game aficionado friends, I always come looking at More Than Meeples.
