In the Sprawlopolis Card Game, 1-4 players work together to build a new city from the ground up. Using only 18 cards and a variable scoring system, the game is never the same twice. Each turn, players will play 1 card from their hand to the growing city, trying to score as many points as possible. Players will have to communicate and plan without revealing their own cards in order to most efficiently develop large areas in each of the 4 zone types. Watch out though, the city hates paying for road maintenance so each road will cost you points in the end. When all cards have been placed, the game ends and players see if they have met dynamically generated minimum score for their game. I'm kicking myself for ever buying any games from Amazon. MUCH happier to buy from this newly discovered local shop, run by friendly employees. (As well as friendly fellow customers with great advice!) Some of their prices were cheaper than I've seen on Amazon!I could spend ages in this shop. Does the same thing to me that a bookstore does.Would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially those trying to have less screen time and more connecting time. I had an excellent experience ordering from More Than Meeples online.Being a physical store, rather than a service that replies on multiple suppliers of varying reliability, their ability to accurately report on stock is an increasingly rare delight. It might sound like a strange thing to praise, but having had a few recent experiences ordering online from other stores, and then being told weeks later that the stock had never been there and being issues a refund, this was a very nice change.The staff were also wonderful to deal with. They were helpful, and very fast with getting back to me to resolve any queries I had.I had a very positive experience with this store. They were transparent, and reliable.
