In the near future, entertainment will have changed. It will have evolved beyond traditional sports in stadiums and into a larger than life spectacle where digital warriors will compete against one another inside the cyberspace arena in bloodless conflict sports.
In this futuristic environment is where Fired Up is set. In the game the players are not the fighters! They are spectators with premium seats to the largest spectacle of all time. Their premium seats make it possible for them to influence the digital athletes in the Arena and bet on their champions in the fight.
Each round the players roll dice to determine how best to influence the warriors and will secretly bet on specific highlights they would like to see happening, thus having the best time ever! During the course of the game, each player roll their action dice which can be used to influence the fighters. After the action selection phase, the fighters are going to attack each other when the combat phase is going to be resolved.
The game ends when at most one fighter is left in the arena!

Really excellent selection of games. A warhammer section at the front with pain T s and books ect. Then a board/card game area out thr back. As well as some fun little items(Escape room greeting cards!? Love it!!)The staff are very helpful but also give you your space so you can browse peacefully.

I do not know what a Meeple is, but it is safe to say these folks are more than Meeples, lol...ordered some out of print board games from them for shipping to the USA, and they had no problems fulfilling it in a timely fashion! MTM is the best! I have made 3 purchases with them this year (some marvel and dc omnibus’) and have only had pleasant experiences with them.As an omnibus collector i can also say they have some of the best prices for these kinds of books.I have bought from places like Amazon previously and have received already damaged books (labelled as brand new) - although this type of thing is common, ive never had an experience like this when shopping with More Than Meeples and i will continue to shop with them.

This is my new pick for Brisbane's best game store. good amount of stock and caters to niche interests. has a bit more than your vanilla gamesters. be prepared to have a difficult time finding the place though, be sure to get there than give the friendly staff a call for directions. this place is worth discovering

Guess what: they have the figurine I want at a cheap price (with discounts too), with affordable shipping price, and from Queensland?! Preordered a large kickstarter that ran into recurring delays. Aside that aspect (waited almost a year extra) which is out of their control, I’m very satisfied with my order, now that it’s received. Delivery was swift and painless once it got dispatched. Maybe I’ll steer away from preorders for a while, and order only what’s available upfront.
