The Sleeping Queens Card Game is a a Royally Rousing Card Game
Rise and Shine! The Pancake Queen, the Ladybug Queen and ten of their closest friends have fallen under a sleeping spell and it’s your job to wake them up. Use strategy, quick thinking and a little luck to rouse these napping nobles from their royal slumbers. Play a knight to steal a queen or take a chance on a juggling jester. But watch out for wicked potions and dastardly dragons! The player who wakes the most queens wins.
About the Game
Imagine a place where there’s a queen of all pancakes, a king of cookies and a pack of over-protective dragons. If this sounds like something out of a dream, it actually is! Sleeping Queens was invented by 6-year-old Miranda Evarts, who thought up the game one night when she couldn’t fall asleep. She awoke the next morning and with help from her older sister, Madeleine and her parents, Denise and Max created this wonderfully whimsical world of napping nobles. As you immerse yourself in the Evarts’s fantasyland, you will find a game that helps develop memory, strategy, and elementary arithmetic skills. Just be careful when playing potion cards or you could wind up putting all the players to sleep!

Really excellent selection of games. A warhammer section at the front with pain T s and books ect. Then a board/card game area out thr back. As well as some fun little items(Escape room greeting cards!? Love it!!)The staff are very helpful but also give you your space so you can browse peacefully.

I do not know what a Meeple is, but it is safe to say these folks are more than Meeples, lol...ordered some out of print board games from them for shipping to the USA, and they had no problems fulfilling it in a timely fashion! MTM is the best! I have made 3 purchases with them this year (some marvel and dc omnibus’) and have only had pleasant experiences with them.As an omnibus collector i can also say they have some of the best prices for these kinds of books.I have bought from places like Amazon previously and have received already damaged books (labelled as brand new) - although this type of thing is common, ive never had an experience like this when shopping with More Than Meeples and i will continue to shop with them.

This is my new pick for Brisbane's best game store. good amount of stock and caters to niche interests. has a bit more than your vanilla gamesters. be prepared to have a difficult time finding the place though, be sure to get there than give the friendly staff a call for directions. this place is worth discovering

Guess what: they have the figurine I want at a cheap price (with discounts too), with affordable shipping price, and from Queensland?! Preordered a large kickstarter that ran into recurring delays. Aside that aspect (waited almost a year extra) which is out of their control, I’m very satisfied with my order, now that it’s received. Delivery was swift and painless once it got dispatched. Maybe I’ll steer away from preorders for a while, and order only what’s available upfront.
